Return Eligibility
Small & Standard Items
(Accessories, soft goods, smaller components)
Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are issues to the original payment method after inspection

Large & Bulky Items
(Awnings, furniture, large kits)
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, uninstalled and carefully repackaged
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original outbound shipping is non-refundable
Refunds are issued after inspection at our Indiana warehouse
Because these products ship via freight and are designed for long-term use, we strongly recommend confirming fit, vehicle compatibility, and setup details before ordering. We’re happy to walk through this with you.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been used outdoors, installed or modified
Items not returned in original condition or packaging
Clearance, demo or final sale items
Custom or made-to-order products
Refund Timing
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear.
