Camp-let Shipping & Delivery
Camp-let tent trailers are shipped via freight on a customized shipping platform to ensure safe handling.
Your Camp-let will be delivered to the nearest distribution center of our freight partner, typically located in your local major city.
Once your Camp-let has arrived, you will have two (2) business days to pick it up from the freight partner.
If the Camp-let is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be returned to Isabella USA at the customer’s expense. Any additional shipping, handling, and storage fees will also be the responsibility of the customer.
Any visible shipping damages must be inspected and reported to the freight partner at the time of pickup. Claims for damages discovered after the trailer has left the distribution center will not be accepted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to license and register the Camp-let trailer in their state of residence in compliance with local laws and regulations before operating it on public roads.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle has the proper towing capacity for the Camp-let trailer and that all towing and safety practices comply with local laws. Isabella USA is not responsible for accidents, damages, or misuse related to towing or operation of the Camp-let.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exclusions: custom-made items, clearance products, and any item that has been pitched, installed, or altered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
