If your awning or Camp-let needs attention, reach out directly. Our team will assess what's needed, walk you through the options, and make sure the work is done right.
To submit a repair inquiry, Contact Us. Include your product name, a brief description of the issue, and photos if you have them. We'll respond within 2 business days.
All repair work is carried out to the same standard as the original manufacturing and is covered by a 6-month service agreement.
1 Year Extra Warranty
Register your product and become a member of Isabella Club. By signing up and registering your purchase, you receive 1 additional year of warranty coverage beyond the standard 2-year guarantee, for a total of 3 years from the date of purchase.
