The Problem
Most portable beach chairs use bare aluminum frames that bend under repeated use. The Beach Chair uses powder-coated steel, which is a heavier material that resists corrosion and maintains structural integrity through multiple seasons.
The low seating position (13.4 in / 34 cm) creates stability on soft ground where higher chairs tend to sink or tip. The wide frame base distributes weight more evenly.
It is designed for repeated use, not one-summer disposal.

Shipping Overview
We ship all Isabella products from our Indianapolis warehouse. Standard parcel orders (awnings, accessories, furniture, etc.) are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or freight depending on size and weight. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Delivery Timing
Most standard orders ship within 1–3 business days. Transit times vary by carrier and distance.
Freight Shipments
Larger items may ship via freight. In these cases, a carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on new, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Some products require inspection before approval due to their size and construction.
Exceptions

It folds to 5.1 in thick and goes flat against the back of a seat.
Getting out of it takes a moment.
A seat 9.8 in off the ground is a long way down and a long way back up, and we are not going to pretend it suits everybody.
If you have knees or a back that argue with low furniture, the Thor Chair sits at normal height and reclines through eight positions too.
If low is what you are after, this is as low as we build, and that is on purpose.
